Robyn Mattison is a recognized professional in coaching and growing organizations, with notable successes in various fields such as hospitality, medical, arts, corporate, family foundation, and nonprofit sectors. She believes in the importance of conducting a thorough evaluation of organizational resources and systems as a starting point for growth. Robyn has also developed a niche formula for turning around organizations, which has contributed to her success in this field.
Before establishing Mattison Management/Consulting, Robyn held several executive positions that involved building foundational infrastructure, raising capital, and developing successful teams. One of her notable accomplishments was leading the transformational growth of an international corporate foundation where she served as Executive Director and the company's first African American female Vice President. The foundation's assets grew from $1.3 million to $9 million during her tenure, and human impact grew over 200%. Robyn also owns The Alternative Board of Beverly Hills, West Hollywood & South San Fernando Valley.
Robyn is an active community volunteer and has held leadership volunteer and board positions in organizations supporting the arts, healthcare, women, and children's issues. She is passionate about positively impacting underserved communities and has been a volunteer teacher, trainer, and facilitator for almost 20 years. Robyn holds a BA in History from Fisk University and an MPA from Tennessee State University. She was also a Certified Fundraising Professional (CFRE) for nearly 20 years. Robyn is a native of Los Angeles, California, where she resides with her partner, two sons, and standard schnauzer "Kalla."
